Saturn has a way of scaring the creepin-crud out of you until you learn your lesson. Think about it, Saturn and Capricorn both rules the father and authority figures, such as dad's, bosses, managers, CEO's, the military, those of a higher rank, the police, those in uniform and those of a high position who have the ability or permission to tell others what to do. Saturn naturally rules Capricorn, so Saturn is in it's natural 'Home' placement. It is VERY comfortable in this position. At the same time, this is its most powerful position.

Saturn has a belt of rings around it. Saturn can and will take off his belt and swat your butt if you need it.
