The BIG NEWS today is Venus squaring Jupiter, which is pretty much a lucky square. I always say, "Squares Beware!" but if there were a Good square, a lucky square, a not-so-bad-or-scary-square, it's Venus square Jupiter.

Think of Venus square Jupiter as a 'Get out of Jail' free card. INTERESTING! As written in the Daily Horoscope yesterday the last time this aspect was present was back on June 11, 2023, which began in applying degrees on May 30th, 2023 and lasted in separating degrees until June 24th, 2023, which means nearly every single Gemini has this aspect present in their 2023 Solar Return and just a few Cancer's have it.

This round of Venus square Jupiter is exact today and covers birthdays from August 9, 2023 until September 29, 2023. Why so long? Why such a long s-t-r-e-t-c-h of birthdays? Because Venus retrograded from July 23, 2023 until September 3, 2023 so it's still making its way back to the same degree (28 degrees) where it was when it first retrograded. Venus will not get back to 28 degrees (where it was on July 23, 2023) until October 6, 2023.

Venus square Jupiter is kind of a lucky break card. It's like your 'Get out of Jail' free card. If you were hit by this aspect back in June, then think about it, there absolutely was a lucky break. Then again some with this aspect back in June let opportunities, growth and development slip by and they missed out. In fact, some birthdays back then they are actually 'pushing their luck'. Don't do that with this card (aspect). Give thanks and be grateful when that lucky break hits. They will keep coming all year long during this Solar Return if you are grateful.

Again, this round of Venus square Jupiter covers birthdays from August 9, 2023 until September 29, 2023 and those with birthdays between May 30th, 2023 to June 24th, 2023 will also carry this in their Solar Return until their birthday next year. This aspect can easily turn into a traveling carnival. Cue the calliope music. It can very self-centered, so if the attention is on you, make the best of it instead of just making noise and performing. In fact, you do not have to 'perform' at all, you can let the chips fall where they may, while at the same time pushing forward.

Venus square Jupiter does tend to run away with the circus. It likes to have just a little bit too much fun, which could cost you. As the Astro Meme implies, this aspect can cause you to think, feel and believe as though the Universe revolves around you. Believing that you are the center of the Universe can lead to self-indulgence in the worst ways calling attention to yourself and quite possibly blowing yourself up like a balloon (physically), meaning with weight. Interesting how this self-centeredness can manifest, when it's not even necessary.

Back to the word ignorant. Folks, Jupiter rules the higher-thinking mind, higher education, dreams, visions, prophecy, intuition on a prophetic level, adventure and trying new things that are really out-there. If you simply say, "no" to being educated or informed about a subject you will not have all of the information you need, then that makes you ignorant of that subject matter. Not stupid. Ignorant! No one wants to be ignorant, but alas, we are. It's not a word we like, nor do we all understand, but that does not make it not True.

The world we live in now is full of ignorance. The naivete of the masses WILL BE CAUGHT with their pants down, literally and figuratively. THEY WILL. THEY WILL. THEY WILL!!!

Jupiter is a global, worldly and huge planet. While Jupiter's counterpart and opposite planet is Mercury, Jupiter is giving you a chance here to E-X-P-A-N-D yourself and rid yourself of ignorance. We are in an information age and you will be duly and strangely informed whether you like it or not, however you need to get informed, you will. And yes, I mean this spiritually and politically. Come hell or high water, you will have your 'Come to Jesus' (Saturn in Pisces).

You have to understand, it is not enough to believe, you have to take action on what you believe, which shows Faith. Action is an expression of what you believe, even if you don't realize it.

This placement also produces some carelessness in matters associated with Venus (Love and beauty) or finances since Venus rules both. Too much is taken for granted, and you may lack an appreciation of the True value of things, which includes valuing the people in your Life.

Venus square Jupiter resents being forced to do anything it would prefer not to do. WELL THEN PREP!!! Not prepping will force you into a category of people where you do not want to be.
