The BIG NEWS today is the Full Moon in Gemini at 04 degrees 51 minutes at 4:16 AM EST. It's only 09 minutes from being 05 degrees, so round-up it up to 05 degrees if you like. This is your 6th month check-up to the New Moon in Gemini that occurred back on Sunday - June 18, 2023 at 26 degrees 43 minutes (rounded up to 27 degrees).

Folks, no matter how I slice it, this is a VERY CHALLENGING FULL MOON! Not only is the Sun and Moon at odds (in opposite signs), which is itself a Full Moon, there are a handful of trouble-makers in the mix.

The Usual Example I Share For This Full Moon in Gemini --> I was at a holiday party and was asked about Acupuncture and how it works. I proceeded to explain it in simple Gemini terms using my 'fork in spagetti' and 'log in a creek' example to explain electrical current, the body's response and why there is no blood. After I finished those listening had an understanding look on their face. I could see they understood. Another doctor standing a few feet away (overhearing) quickly slid over and followed-up with the more technical definition of electrical current and myofibrils, which left this small audience of listeners bewildered. My ego didn't need a boost, but apparently someone else's ego did, who was not even a part of the conversation. (winky wink)

Now in a different crowd, if it were necessary to dive into sarcomeres, Z-lines, I-Bands and neuro-feedback loops, okay I can go there and pull out all of the fancy-schmancy hoity-toity language, but it wasn't necessary and would accomplish nothing. That would just fill a glass of ego.

You see folks, we Gemini's use the KISS Method a lot. KISS is an acronym for "Keep it simple, stupid". The KISS Method is a design principle created by the U.S. Navy back in 1960. The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated. Like Occam's Razor (Ockham's Razor) which states, "Among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected." If you saw the movie, "Contact" there were many references to Ockham's Razor. I wish I knew 'William of Ockham's' birthdate. I would Love to know if he was a Gemini.

Anyway, a Gemini does not overstate the obvious, but our counterpart (opposite sign) Sagittarius will build you a clock if you ask them what time it is. In other words, Sagittarius will beat a dead horse (so to speak) overstating the obvious and Gemini keeps it simple, meaning there is no need to over-explain. Gemini has a 'less is more mentality', while Sagittarius has a 'more is better mentality'. Hey, there's nothing wrong with that, there is just a time and a place for everything. In the Acupuncture example, less was more, and more was too much.

As a Gemini, this is why on this website you will see me use simpler terms to explain Astrology (like now) instead of using terminology that falls on deaf ears. I will never be esoteric and cryptic astrologer where only a handful of people understand what is said.

Having said all of that, this Gemini Full Moon is definitely not looking for trouble or a hard time. Gemini will take the easy train every dang time because why take the long way, or make anything harder than it has to be? Gemini is not going to take the hardest route.

For instance, Capricorn will take the long, arduous, one-step-at-a-time route, whereas Gemini will skip several steps and run while doing it because why not? As a Gemini, I always say my daily motto is, "Easily and effortlessly NOW!" Not tomorrow . . NOW! I also say the reason why I am so organized is because I'm just too damn lazy to look for my keys. There is no way I would use my precious time searching for keys. I just don't dig on that kind of Lifestyle or logic. As a Gemini, how could disorganization even be a choice for someone?

This Full Moon is shining on a Light on your level of organization and how easy or difficult you have chosen to live your Life. Choices!

SHORT STORY ----> Back in my teens, I was not yet out of high school, but close, so I'm thinking I was 17 years old. I started to read this book by Napolean Hill. I can't remember which book it was, but at the beginning, in the 'Preface' he basically he explained that abundance was dependent on one simple word. Once the reader recognized the word, then the reader would put the book down and would not need to finish it. I remember immediately putting the book down and never reading another word because innately I knew what the word was and I trusted that I didn't need to read the book because I understood.

I understood the word to be 'choice' or 'choose'. What else could it be, because face it, either you will or you won't, choose! There is no 'try'. Try just means you haven't done it yet. Same as potential. I can't stand that word. Potential. Again, it just means you haven't done it yet. So you can drill all kinds of abundant reading, affirmations, self-talk, and jibber-jabber all you want into your pretty little brain, but unless you make choices, you are still standing where you were.

Gemini energy wants easy, not hard, so 'choosing' to be organized is the KEY to simple and abundant living. SIMPLE AND ABUNDANT, NO DRAMA! Why make anything hard? Choices! Gemini is all about EASY, EFFORTLESS and NOW! Gemini rules sales, promotion, marketing, self-promotion, communication, traveling and the traveling salesman. Gemini has people to see and places to go and is equipped with what it needs for the job at hand. Gemini is the 'Inspector Gadget' of the zodiac and uses the proper tool for the proper job.

Gemini is logical, rational and it has to make sense in order for Gemini to embrace it. Check your charts! Where in your chart do you have this desire for simplicity and efficiency rather than making things so dang hard? Why go through all of that rigamarole? What's up with the struggle? Why do people dig on it? It's not cute or funny when the same choices are made and the same results show up.

Choices are choices. SO CHOOSE who you will be, and who you will not be. Dual-natured signs have to, or should I say 'need to', make a conscious choice every single day who they will show up as. Dual-natured signs are - Gemini (the twins), Pisces (the two fishes), Taurus (melodious cow, placid bull), Sagittarius (half man, half horse), Capricorn (sea goat, mountain goat), Libra (two sides of a scale) and Scorpio (scorpion, eagle).

PRESIDENT Trump is one Gemini who will NOT allow other communication sources (media) to control him. But looked what happened, that Gemini created his own social media platform to get the word out 'Truth Social'. The media will be Trump's puppets when this is all finished.

Folks, watch how Gemini's communicate because it is absolutely deliberate, on purpose and fully intended to get the most bang for their well-intended-word-placement buck.

As a Gemini. I do NOT use FB or any social media as my website. Most people do, which puts FB in complete control and in charge of your analytics, audience, reach, traffic, revenue and what you can or cannot post.

For myself, instead I use FB and other social media to lead people to my website. I turn it completely around. When I post on FB, I post a little bit and then the rest is a link to my website. Someone once asked why I don't post my full write-ups on FB. It's because FB doesn't own me and it will never own me. I will NEVER dance to their beat. Plus, why have a website if I used FB for my entire writing? Using only FB might save you a step, but it would cost me my business?

If social media has your business and you don't, you've been HAD! Stop using social media platforms and your 'page' on them as your entire website and being dependent on them. The Gemini way is to USE MEDIA more than they use you. Gemini will show you every single time how they are in control of getting their word out.

Check your chart. How well are you using and in control of your Gemini energy?

Gemini rules broadcasts, newspapers, media, billboards, books, computers, editors, handwriting, writing, messengers, messaging and messages.

Having said all of that, nothing will piss off a Gemini more than a lack of communication, or rude, or lazy communication. It's like someone who walks and drags their heels. OH MY GOSH! Pick up your damn feet!!!

If you can't communicate or won't communicate, Gemini will give you a chance (actually two chances, its a duality thing) and then they will likely just stop communicating because Gemini does not waste their time, as they have places to go and people to see. If you are making communication difficult, they will simply let go. Without fanfare, reason, or excuse, they just let go. Easy for them, hard for you.

If you are really special, then Gemini may try a third time to reach out to you, but that would be rare. No callbacks, no response. Side note - I have written this very thing many times over. Gemini dropping communication is not new news on this website. You have seen these very words several times.

Gemini does not like phone calls or texts ignored, knowing that it takes seconds to respond. Gemini also can't stand unanswered RSVPs. That's a certain way to get yourself removed from future invites. It's a time thing. Don't waste Gemini's time, as they have paces to go and people to see.

If communication is too much of a big deal for you, not a problem, Gemini will stop, shift gears and move on in another direction without batting an eye. Gemini will consider that you do not value the communication and just move on. Gemini is all about the 'exchange of communication' and 'exchange of information'. It takes two people to communicate and Gemini knows this.

The other The BIG NEWS today is Mercury in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces. Remember, Mercury is the natural ruler of Gemini, which opposes Sagittarius. Mercury is also the co-ruler of Virgo, which squares Sagittarius. So any way you slice it, Mercury is not in a Good place in the sign of Sagittarius. In fact, it's called 'in its detriment' in the sign of Sagittarius. There is a chart on this website that shows the dignity and debility of the planets.

Detriments show up at the wrong place, wrong time, so while Mercury is in the sign of Sagittarius, you can expect a lot of 'hoof in the mouth syndrome'.

So Mercury, the planet of communication and transportation, is challenged by Neptune, the planet of imagination, fantasy and chemicals that can take us to such places (fantasy and imagination).

When Mercury squares (challenges) Neptune it makes it difficult for the mind to discriminate. Thoughts become confused and vague. The imagination gets in the way of logical and rational thinking.
