The Sun moves out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius at 10:00 AM EST until Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 11:20 PM EST where it will then move into Capricorn

The BIG NEWS today is the Sun moves out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius until December 21, 2019 at 11:20 PM EST. Look at your Natal Chart to see where the Sun in Sagittarius will be lighting up your chart. Remember, the Sun is where you shine! So the house where your Sun shines in your Natal Chart is where you are literally LIT UP! And then each month another Sun Sign comes into the picture and lights us up in that area as well. We are always LIT UP in the house where our own Sun shines, but when the Sun changes signs, we get a burst of light in that area too.

The Sun in Sagittarius carries the motto, "I see therefore I am" or "I perceive therefore I am". It's all about perception. Now think of Sagittarius this way, it is half-man, half-horse. It's senses come in two (2) very different forms. Think about a horse and its well-developed senses. Horses are super-sensitive to touch because they take their cues from the handler or rider. They are sensitive around the ears, eyes and nose. They are also sensitive around the withers, ribs, flanks, and legs. Horses also have a blind spot directly in front of them due to the wide space between their eyes, so the horse has nearly a continual focus from a distance of about 3 or 4 feet in front of them. At distances less than 3 or 4 feet the horse's ability to focus is limited. This is why a horse will raise its head to see objects that are close and will lower its head to see objects at a distance. When something is closer than 3 or 4 feet the horse cannot use binocular vision. It's too close. The 'perception' is limited, yet at the same time, the horse has panoramic vision because they have an eyeball on each side of their head. Their field of vision is about 215 degrees, whereas most fish are about 360 degrees. That's a pretty dang wide field of vision (perception). I see therefore I am. So while the visual perception is rather poor in the horse, at the same time it is rather incredible. Remember, the blind spot is what is directly in front of the horse, and there is another blind spot directly behind them. It's the wide eyes that give them panoramic vision.

So now let's take this description of the horses sensitivities and gifts and apply it to the physical human body and where we have Sagittarius in our charts. We are to take these sensitive traits and gifts and apply them to the area of our chart where Sagittarius resides. This is where our panoramic vision is increased, but yet at the same time, we can't see what is standing literally 3 to 4 feet in front of our face. WTHeck! We have all been there where something, an opportunity, was standing right in front of us and we missed it. Maybe we were distracted by something else, a sound twitching our ears, maybe someone has been 'riding our back' (so to speak) or maybe we see something coming out of right or left field, but we don't see what is standing right in front of us. THAT'S SAGITTARIUS ENERGY!

Nod your head up and down and shake your vision a bit. Look up to see things that are closer to you and dip your head to see things further. If you ever notice in most Sagittarian's, they will look to the side of your face when they talk to you. Also Sagittarian's have THE BEST GAIT (WALK)! Boy oh' boy can they swing those hips. And of course they usually have a nice round ass because think about it . . . it's literally a horses ass. LOL! And I mean this in the nicest and most flattering way. Sagittarian's also usually have thick thighs. It's the horse's butt and horse thighs.

Now let's change channels and entertain the thought of having a South Node Sagittarius in the chart. If you are an individual who has a South Node Sagittarius and a North Node Gemini in your Natal Chart, then this will be your most draining month of the year, especially if you are set on trying so hard. You see, horses want to please you, which makes Sagittarius a people pleaser. You can go above and beyond and end up feeling as though you just aren't enough or Good enough. That could not be further from the Truth.

South Node Sagittarius has the gifts of all these sensitivities SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEND TIME RELEARNING IT. YOU GOT THIS! When it comes to Sagittarius anything, you have already been there and done that. What you do is USE the gifts of Sagittarius in order to become your North Node, which is more like a Gemini. The more you focus on being and becoming more Gemini, the more successful you will be. It's like I am a North Node Virgo (the doctor and here we have DrStandley.com). Virgo is the doctor, health care provider and fitness instructor. I'm still a Gemini, but I express myself in Virgo ways. So whatever Sun Sign you are with a South Node Sagittarius, then do that in a Gemini way.

Think of it this way, when you get out of high school, you NEVER EVER have to go back to the 3rd grade. EVER! You are complete with it. But, when you have children and they are in the 3rd grade, you can relate to them and their experiences. You don't take away their experience, but you can coach them through their experience without diving in and doing their 'Homework' for them. Living your Life is doing your 'Home' work. That's how you USE the South Node in Sagittarius in your chart, it's your experience, not your focus. It's your past, not your present. It's your karma, not your dharma. Your focus is your North Node in Gemini.

Think about all of the jobs you have had in this Lifetime. When you apply for a job the employer will want to know your past experience. You could easily say, "I'm a South Node Sagittarius!" Well that might be Good enough for me because as an astrologer, I'm also a Gemini, so I pretty much like to encounter North Node Gemini's. Like minded think alike and four (4) heads are better than two.

Think of being in college and picking out your classes. You can't take that class unless you have had 'that' class, which would be your 'prerequisite'. The South Node IS YOUR PREREQUISITE! You have to have it in order to function in your North Node.

The South Node is ALWAYS your past experience to use in this Lifetime. I'm a South Node Pisces (the yogi, yoga, mental health) and I'm a North Node Virgo (the doctor, fitness, work ethic, daily routine). If I spent all my time being a yogi and reflecting and contemplating Life, then I would get nothing done and help no one. I have been there and done that in previous Lifetimes (South Node Pisces). So I use my experience and knowledge from past lifetimes (become the yogi because by past experience I already am) and then take that to the next level and teach others Good mental health (Pisces) AND physical health (Virgo) by opening a yoga studio using both my doctorate and other education to reach as many as possible (drstandley.com). See I can use it, but sitting around contemplating Life would not serve me or others very well. This is also why I am so drawn to meditation and have 'Houdini Hour' in my yoga studio. I know through my past Life how important it is, so I bring it to others, but I can't sit around all day long meditating myself (as I use to in past lives), instead I bring it to others.

So you see, you can USE YOUR SOUTH NODE to become your North Node.
