The BIG NEWS today is the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. First, I want you to see two (2) things with your own eyes, so you can see the eclipse occur on a chart wheel. The North and South Nodes are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS right next to the Moon and the Sun during an eclipse. ALWAYS!

The North Node is currently in Pisces and the South Node is in Virgo. Last years Full Moon in Virgo was 'not an eclipse' because the North Node was in Aries and the South Node was in Libra. This year the North Node is in Pisces and the South Node is in Virgo. See for yourself the chart wheels below. In the 2025 Full Moon in Virgo you will see the North Node in Pisces sitting right next to the Sun, and the South Node in Virgo sitting right next to the Moon. So, there you have it. That is the New Moon when I tell you if you start losing weight 2 lbs. a week, by the time the New Year arrives you will have lost 35 or 40 lbs. (if you needed to lose that much).

This Full Moon in Virgo IS NOT THE TIME of fresh starts and new beginnings. It is the time to wrap up the project or theme that you began six (6) months ago on September 2, 2024.

Folks, if you are ramping up to begin something new like a Lifestyle shift, weightloss or something along those lines, instead of beginning that thing today, wait until the New Moon in Aries on Saturday, March 29, 2025. That New Moon in Aries is the New Moon of all New Moons. It is my favorite New Moon of the year. Aries is THE BEGINNING, the beginning of creation, the beginning of everything. That is the absolute best time to start ANYTHING new.

I always tell you this, but I once ended a long-term relationship on the New Moon in Aries. We could not end that much-needed-to-end relationship for anything. But we managed to succeed by ending on the New Moon in Aries, which gave us a new beginning. WAIT FOR new beginnings on a New Moon.

While this Full Moon in Virgo has all the earmarks of physical health, daily routine, daily habits, the daily grind, what you do in and out of each day, activities of daily living, nutrition, clothing, and fitness, it would be best that you clean out your cupboards, refrigerator, clothing, etc., and purge during this Full Moon in Virgo, so that in two (2) weeks when the New Moon in Aries arrives, you will be ready for the New Moon of all New Moons.

The Full Moon occurs when the Sun and the Moon are in opposite signs. The Sun in Pisces (ritual) and Moon in Virgo (habitual). The Full Moon in Virgo is a 'habitual ritual' time to change or adjust any habitual-ritual patterns that are clearly not working for you that inhibits, slows, stalls or contributes to bad health. So you see, predictive is not only predictive in psychology, it absolutely is predictive in astrology. IT'S A PATTERN! If you don't remember that, then you will likely be in the group who is still 'releasing' (whatever) during every Full Moon, but yet finding themselves in the same picture frame every damn month thereafter.

The New Moon of a certain Sun Sign is when you begin something and the Full Moon six (6) months later of that same Sun Sign is when you wrap it up and put a pretty little bow on it. Meaning, you should be well on your way to manifesting that thing (your destiny), especially when it comes to Virgo because Virgo MANIFESTS! Virgo goes into the lab, uses all of the beakers, test tubes and petri dishes, and literally does the work, meaning the does the experiment.

Virgo tests out the theory and comes up with an outcome and proves the theory right or wrong. It does the day-to-day work because Virgo rules the 6th house of day-to-day routine, habits, routines and the daily grind. This is why Virgo rules the 6th house of physical health, nutrition, Lifestyle and your activities of daily living, fitness and dietary needs.

Do the work and pay attention to your physical health!!! So many, just don't want to do the work because it is 'work'. Virgo and the 6th house is day-to-day work!

So release what? Change your Lifestyle. Debride yourself if you are going to release anything. I talk more about debridement further into this write-up.

Back to the Full Moon itself, the Sun is testosterone (masculine) and the Moon is estrogen (feminine). So here we have a tug of war between mommy and daddy or two opposing energies that are masculine and feminine. You may feel this energy in a relationship or within yourself. There is an internal struggle (Pisces) and an outward manifestation of that (Virgo).

Pisces represents our internal environment (mental health) whereas Virgo represents our external environment (physical health).

Virgo is a 'mind over matter' type of sign, which is why Virgo has the power to manifest what they want and need in physical form. All opposing signs are very similar in strange and True ways. In this case Pisces might sit at the bottom of a lake or swim in circles, whereas Virgo may sit in their office and procrastinate or organize in circles, moving piles (Saturn, baby mountains) from one place to another taking more time to do something that the project actually needs. Both are moving but little is getting accomplished.

In order to get more accomplished, you can take this Pisces energy and treat it as though it were a moving meditation coming from the reflective pool and let that energy move you around in a circle, to circle back to get 'er done. So you see, Pisces and Virgo can easily turn stagnate if they are not fully conscious and mobile.

At the same time, Pisces and Virgo can easily work well together and get a massive amount accomplished. These two signs must be mobile and only stagnated for reflective or meditative purposes only. Other than that, you are wasting your time or just flat wasting time. Virgo energy is habitual and Pisces energy is ritual. So you can see just how incredibly similar the two signs are? All opposing signs are equal and opposite of each other. They are the same, just different.

I have a 'ritualistic' South Node Pisces and a 'habitualistic' North Node Virgo, which is why I really dig on routine, organization and moving meditations. This is another reason why Yoga works so well for my mind, spirit and body. When I clean, cook, shovel snow or do yardwork, I consider it a moving meditation that brings in my monk-mode South Node Pisces for reflective and ritualistic purposes while building a habitual routine that gets sh-t done! My South Node Pisces and North Node Virgo is also why I call yoga my 'Daily Habitual Ritual'. They are the same but different serving me in both ways.

These two signs will also serve you when channeled appropriately because everyone has Virgo and Pisces in their Natal Chart and Solar Return. If I used either energy to sit on my butt and do nothing that hurts my progress. So you see folks, this Full Moon with opposing energies of Virgo and Pisces wants you to embrace ritual and habitual. DANG I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm so ritual and habitual it would make your head spin but then again, it's what I am called to do as a North and South Node Virgo/Pisces.

This Full Moon in Virgo is a perfect time to pick at your flaws 'as if' you are are debriding a wound. Pick at your flaws does not mean to pick on yourself in a self-loathing way. The Sun is in Pisces -- Pisces rules the 12th house of silent suffering and solitude. Pisces represents what goes on behind closed doors that you don't want others to see or know about you. It presents reflection, prayer, meditation, the silent sufferer and introspection. Pisces rules spiritual healing and faith healing. It rules areas behind closed doors where people are not openly seen such as hospitals, prisons, jails and institutions. This is where people silently suffer. This is also very monk-like or cloistered nun behavior. Pisces rules the psychological mind and mental health.

So you can easily see here that we have here a meeting of the minds -- the analytical vs. pyschological. There is also a meeting of the approach to health -- spiritual healing vs. physical healing. There is also a meeting of how we handle our issues -- we can either be in service to others vs. silently suffer.

Keep in mind when the Full Moon is lit up and bright, it is shining a tremendous amount of Light on the issue at hand. This Full Moon will Light up the area of your chart that is ruled by Virgo, especially the area at 24 degrees.

The Moon is the planet that rules our emotional nature. Folks, this Moon could easily pull you into the depths of the Ocean (Pisces influence here) and cause you to go into a funk or pity party or self-undoing. The other BIG NEWS is Saturn in Pisces is forming a conjunction with the Sun.
