A New Moon is when the Moon conjuncts the Sun and these two planets intensify the energies of each other. This New Moon in Gemini is absolutely LOADED with wonderful aspects including a Stellium in Gemini, which is made-up of Venus, the Sun, the Moon, Mercury and Jupiter. It's crazy! Solar Returns during this time are going to find a grouping of five (5) Gemini planets, which is going to create a lot of empty houses in the Solar Return. And that's okay because there are only so many planets to go around.

I'm going to just go ahead hit you between the eyes with the really tough squares to this New Moon energy. Let's just call it what it is so we can move on to solutions and how to handle this energy.

Saturn (ugggh) will take off his belt and swat the Moon, the Sun and Venus at the same time, as all three (3) are sitting at 16 degrees and Saturn is at 18 degrees 50 minutes, so just short of 19 degrees. So you see there is a 03 degree orb of influence in applying degrees. We can tell this is applying degrees and not separating degrees because 16 degrees comes before 18 degrees.

So the Moon, the Sun and Venus are feeling the 'prodrome', which is the early symptom of the squaring energy coming into exactness. The won't be exact aspect until the dates you see below, but son-of-a-biscuit-eater if they are certainly close enough to smell.

Now let's say you are feeling the resting 'Mr. or Miss Cranky Pants' face from the Sun square Saturn. That feeling is your intuition. You get a chance right there in the intuitive moment to snap out of it and change your mindset and become aware of what thoughts are overtaking your mind, body and spirit. New Moon's always always always represent new beginnings and fresh starts and require action on your part. Do not end something on a New Moon unless of course you are looking for a fresh start.
