**NOTE -- The 'Quickie Daily Horoscope' is tailored to each Sun Sign, while the 'Extended Daily Horoscope' is just this page and is intended for all 12 Sun Signs to further and deepen your astrological study. The BIG NEWS today is Uranus in Aries turns Direct at 3:26 PM EST after having been Retrograde since August 7, 2018. Actually, let's get a little picky here. Uranus spends right at about eight (8) years in a sign. That's long enough to get through the first eight (8) years of Life as you develop your personality. It's long enough to spend four (4) years in high school and four (4) years in college. It's long enough for a U.S. President to have two (2) terms in office. It's long enough to go to college and receive not only a Bachelors degree, but a doctorate as well. Uranus is the planet of 'change' and I mean superior change. It's just the right amount of time needed to turn something, into something else.
Uranus actually moved out of Aries and into Taurus on May 15, 2018. But no sooner did it get started moving through Taurus that it turned Retrograde on August 7, 2018 just three (3) months later. And since it was in fresh early degrees of Taurus, during the Retrograde period Uranus re-entered Aries on November 7, 2018. So we have been living in Uranus in Aries since November 7, 2018. Today, January 6, 2019 Uranus in Aries turns Direct and begins moving forward in degrees again. Then on March 6, 2019 Uranus will re-enter Taurus for an eight (8) year stay until April 26, 2026.
Now listen, I want you to really pay attention to the long-term change that occurs in your Life during this eight (8) year period. Think of what occurred during the last eight (8) years in your Life. What change did you cause to occur? What change was forced on you? What change did you volunteer to engage in? This is not meant to make you fearful, but excited. Uranus is a very excited and enthusiastic planet. It's ready to go, with or without your permission.
Make certain you read the write-up for Uranus in Aries and for Uranus in Taurus. Both are very similar because Uranus is Uranus, that won't change, but the subject matter will change from Aries to Taurus. We had a bout with fires under Uranus in Aries (fire sign) and no sooner did Uranus 'get ready' to move into Taurus (earth sign) there was a volcanic eruption in Hawaii. That volcanic eruption was on May 3, 2018 and Uranus moved into Taurus (earth sign) on May 15, 2018. It couldn't even wait until May 15th. That volcanic eruption was a mixture of fire and earth (Aries and Taurus) as the energy sat right between an earth and fire sign. Then when Uranus retrograded back into Aries, there were the fires again in California where the whole state nearly went up in flames right along the 'ring of fire' marker deep in the earth's surface. Go ahead, Google 'ring of fire'. This 'ring of fire' boundary or marker is a horseshoe shape along the perimeter of the Pacific Ocean that also travels along the San Andreas fault in California. Now Uranus will re-enter Taurus (earth sign) and we will experience the rumblings of the earth again, that being volcano's, earthquakes and probably tsunami's since they involve the earth moving to create a wave. This isn't meant to frighten you, it's meant to enlighten you. Still, if there isn't a major earthquake along this 'ring of fire' or in California during Uranus in Taurus, I'll be shocked.
These are patterns that not only occur in the earth, these are patterns that occur in our own lives. Look for the patterns or shake-ups in your Life, just as you would look for or see these kind of rumblings out in the physical world. These rumblings and shake-ups tell us point blank that something needs to change. Change is needed when we are at a stalemate or when we need to be shaken because we are not progressing or changing or waking up. Forced change makes us straighten up and look at ourselves or it forces us to look at each other. Follow the links in these paragraphs to Uranus in Aries and Uranus in Taurus. Again, they are similar write-ups with the exception of the focus on Aries or Taurus.
Remember the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Capricorn is still present, so make certain you read the monster-size write-up.
