The Moon is in Leo the leader, the ray of sunshine, the enthusiastic one, the playful kitten, the protector of children until Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 10:30 AM EDT.

Today is another fairly light day on aspects as we experience two (2) lunar aspects, one in the AM hours and one in the PM hours. The first aspect occurs at 10:09 AM EDT as the Moon trines Mercury, which makes communication easy, especially when you are expressing your thoughts and feelings. This is because Mercury rules the mind and the Moon rules the emotions. Now you can get your point across because you are able to find the right words that match what you feel. The heart and the mind are in sync. If you have had a challenging time communicating with someone who can't quite express how they feel, this is a great time to have the conversation (again) because now they can better express what they are thinking and feeling. This does not mean you will get them to say what you want them to say, but they will be able to express how the feel 'thoughtfully', meaning they have thought about it and they mind and heart are in sync.
The second aspect to occur is much later in the day and goes to bed with many us. The Moon square Jupiter is emotional excess and self-indulgence. The emotions inflate and can cause you to make decisions that you regret. This can cause you to have a couple of glasses of wine and then drunk-dial an 'ex' or it can cause you to slip into an ice cream coma while eating in bed. The emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities inflate like a balloon, so much so that you can easily feel like a balloon. This will leave you with the regrettable decision of . . "I shouldn't have eaten that!" . . "I shouldn't have made that call." This aspect is irresponsible, so make certain you do not engage in any behavior that would feed a negative or pathetic emotion that results in regrettable decisions.
