The Moon in Libra moves into Scorpio at 3:11 PM EDT.

Today is a rather light day on aspects, especially compared with all of the planetary major aspects and movements this week including the Sun moving into Cancer and Neptune turning Retrograde. So today is fairly light and uncomplicated. While the Moon in Libra moves into Scorpio at 3:11 PM EDT, the only two aspects occurring today will impact the Scorpio Moon and not the Libra Moon because the aspects occur after the Moon changes signs.
When the Moon trines the Sun at 5:50 PM EDT, this is the absolute perfect time to make doctor appointments, because this aspect indicates strong health, power and recuperative abilities. It is THE BEST lunar aspect for a positive and healthy life. At the same time, when health is not involved, this aspect is so easy that it can make you lazy. This aspect is so easy going that you could easily sit back and watch Life pass you by. "Why be ambitious when Life is so easy?" is what this aspect says.
The second aspect occurs at 6:25 PM EDT when the Moon opposes Uranus just 1-1/2 hours later and changes everything. Remember, whenever Uranus is involved, nothing stays the same. Uranus is like lightning and now the circumstances are different and in this case, it is the Moon. An opposition is like a tug-of-war or a see-saw where the energy bounces back and forth between two different things, issues or people. This can easily create conflict where the emotions (Moon) and the mind (Uranus) are not in-sync. This makes for unpredictable emotions and unstable conditions.
Since lunar aspects have a 12 to 14 hour 'orb of influence' before and after their exactness, then use the first aspect earlier in the day and it will still work out well for you.
