If you are not interested in chart details and interpretation, then skip this BIG paragraph and just go to the next paragraph. While there may not be any major aspects occurring today in 'exact degrees and minutes' today . . whoa whoa whoa . . wait a minute. What a perfect day to show you an example of the movement of planets. Every single day I post a chart wheel at the end of the Daily Horoscope (*see chart wheel link below) so you can see the energies of the day. If you clicked and opened up Yesterday's Daily Chart Wheel you would have seen that the Sun and Mars were conjunct in exact degrees and minutes (04 degrees 12 minutes). The Sun is the symbol that looks like a target and Mars is the male symbol that is a circle with an arrow attach to it. Notice how the Sun and Mars are in the exact same degree and minute. Now, if you click on Today's Daily Chart Wheel you will see that the Sun and Mars are still conjunct at 04 degrees and only the minutes are different. The Sun is now at 04 degrees 25 minutes and Mars is at 04 degrees 21 minutes. So folks, the Sun and Mars are STILL conjunct magnifying their power with only a 04 minute degree of separation. These two planets are now moving further apart but look how close they are together, STILL. They are STILL conjunct. They will be considered conjunct until August 20, 2017 when they reach an 08 degree of separation. Heck, they aren't even within 01 degree of separation today, they are only 04 minutes separated. The minutes show us that they are separating (pulling further apart) and when they reach a 60 minute separation that will be 01 degree and then the minutes will grow to 60 again and then that will be 02 degrees of separation. So watch these two planets separate further and further apart every day by watching the chart wheel. This will help you understand the degrees and minutes of separation in your own Natal Chart or Solar Return Make certain you utilize these chart wheels because they are meant to increase your understanding. They won't help you if you don't use them. And when you see 'applying degrees' in your Natal Chart or Solar Return or when I reference them in these Daily Horoscopes, then know that applying degrees means the planets are coming closer together. You can see this occurring with the Venus sextile Uranus that will occur on Sunday, July 30, 2017. If you look at these chart wheels leading up to Sunday, you will see these two planets coming closer together (in applying aka approaching degrees). Easy Peasy Nice and Breezy! Stick with me kids and I'll keep doing my best to make Astrology easy for you.

As far as today goes, there are no major aspects occurring, but again . . whoa whoa whoa, yes there is, there are plenty of major aspects occurring that are in applying or separating degrees, they are just not exactly exact today as is the Sun conjunct Mars. The Sun conjunct Mars is still EXACT, just not in minutes. So the same energy applies, so work the hell out of it up until August 20, 2017 when this final degree of separation reaches 08 degrees. Some Astrologers will give a 10 degree orb and I can pretty much agree with that for the Sun conjunct Mars even though I have it listed to 08 degrees. I like a tighter orb myself. I figure, if an individual has not yet worked the energy by the time it gets to an 08 degree orb of separation, then they sure as heck won't work the energy at 10 degrees. I figure that 02 degrees from 08 to 10 would just be for slackers and my Astrology mentators are not slackers! USE IT OR LOSE IT!

There are also three (3) aspects to the Moon occurring today. The first aspect, as indicated on today's chart wheel, is the Moon squaring Venus. Whenever you see the Moon squaring or opposing Venus or Saturn, then you can pretty much count on not feeling the Love. This can make you feel 'as if' you are not Loved by anyone, not your mate, not your children, not your friends and especially your parents. This aspect is just emotionally awful. But hey, as adults we know this isn't True and you need to just shake this energy off and learn how to Love better. If anything this aspect will teach you how to Love. Perhaps you should be showing these people that you Love them instead of waiting for them to show how much they Love you. Lucky for us, this aspect occurs super-dooper early in the morning and since the lunar aspects have a 12-14 hour 'orb of influence' then by early afternoon we can stop feeling sorry for ourselves and we will feel much better about Love.

The second and third aspect to the Moon occur at 8:30 PM EDT and 9:08 PM EDT as indicated below. These are two sextiles, which we likie-likie. Remember, sextiles and trines are easy and effortless energy. Since the lunar aspects have a 12-14 hour 'orb of influence' and these aspects occur so late in the day, then just know that you can draw on these energies earlier in the day around 6:30 AM or 7:08 AM respectively. So while you may not be feelin' the Love earlier in the day, there are two escape routes through these two sextiles. USE 'EM! The first aspect the Moon sextile Mars is ambitious, competitive and enthusiastically contagious, and the second aspect with the Moon sextile Mars is tranquil, happy and brings feelings of success. So you see, there are two escape hatches today from that awful Moon square Venus aspect.
