The BIG NEWS today is the Venus opposing Neptune aspect that has been active in applying (approaching) degrees since July 17th, it is exact today, and it will be active in separating degrees as it pulls further apart until August 2nd. If you have been following along with the July 2018 Astro Memes, then you already knew this. This aspect can make you think, "Alright, I have been doing everything I was supposed to be doing, NOW WHERE IS MY STUFF!" Meaning, abundance, luck, opportunity, romance, etc.

What is so interesting about this aspect is it isn't even real. You see, this aspect is heavily influenced by unconscious forces, meaning, forces that occur automatically in the mind that we react to. This could be anything from a phobia, to a repressed feeling, to a hidden motivation, to habits, to subliminal projections. All of these examples are in the mind, which could easily turn to fantasy, over-imagination, illusion or delusion.

Since Venus rules both 'Money and Love' opposing its higher octave Neptune 'imagination and fantasy' this is how scandal is created, how gambling debts are created and how stalkers fall in Love having never met the person they stalk. I'll tell you what you should do with this aspect, grab some popcorn while you sit on the couch and read through the newfeed on your social media accounts. You will see plenty of 'smoke and mirrors' mileage with this aspect. Just watch others play it out instead of partaking in this nutty behavior yourself.

Think of this aspect as if fog has just descended on your entire world. This doesn't mean you can't see anymore, it just means you can't see that Good. It means you have to drive slower and use your fog lights. You certainly wouldn't make any quick turns and blow through a yellow light. Someone always chooses to believe the rules of the road do not apply to them and invariably they do their own thing under bad conditions and cause a domino effect as a result of a collusion. Just to make certain you are not involved, then you should roll through this day and the days surrounding it with care, caution and super-slow decision-making, especially where 'Money and Love' are concerned simply because the planet of 'Money and Love' (Venus) is present and opposing its higher octave, that being Neptune.

This aspect lacks discernment, so scandals arise because remember, it clouds the mind and distorts perception. If you are even remotely entangled in a Love triangle with this aspect, activating the connection or engaging in infidelity during this aspect will surely get you caught. Secret love affairs or secret connections with money that are camouflaged and veiled from others will eventually be revealed. Unfaithful romantic connections will be revealed once the smoke clears. This aspect undermines money, Love and secret liasons.
