The Moon is in Scorpio, the researcher, the investigator, the detective, the suspicious one, the surgeon, the chemist, until Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 8:53 AM EST.

Today there are three (3) aspects to the Moon giving us a little bit of everything sprinkled throughout the day. We will experience a square (challenge), sextile (ease) and a conjunction (intensity) in that order, with regard to our emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivites. Keep in mind that a conjunction intensifies the energies of the two planets involved.

In the AM hours our emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities will be impacted by the Moon squaring the Sun. This could easily show up as male and female energy, or mom and dad energy, as the Moon is estrogen and the Sun is testosterone. So watch for these male and female issues to arise, which will spike our emotions.

Moving along through the day the next aspect we will experience is the Moon sextile Pluto. Remember, whenever you hear or see the word 'Pluto' you are to think 'power'. Pluto/power, Pluto/power. Since the Moon rules the emotions, then this aspect is 'emotional power', which can be used to manipulate others, sell a boat to a guy in the desert, or it can be used more constructively and productively to understand others and do what needs to be done in order to make things better, righted or enlightened. This aspect occurs right smack dab in the middle of the day, so since these lunar aspects carry a 12 - 14 hour 'orb of influence' on either side of its exactness, this aspect will cover us all day. Use this aspect 'emotional power' wisely to understand others so that you do not create any unnecessary bad karma for yourself by being manipulative and cruel.

The last aspect to the Moon today is the Moon conjunct Jupiter which facilitates our innate generous and helpful human spirit. The majority of people really want to help other people because when we help others, we help ourselves. This conjunction has the potential to be over-generous and over-helpful because remember, a conjunction intensifies the energies of the planets involved. This aspect is also highly political because Jupiter is the higher octave of the Moon, which naturally rules the home, homeland and domestic affairs.
