DESCRIPTION: This bath is great for healing bruises. You can also use this bath for a bruised (emotional) heart. You can do the "Aura Interference" bath after this bath rotation. Keep in mind that bruising occurs when there is an injury with diffuse effusion of blood into the subcutaneous tissues of the skin. WHAT!!!
This means that when you have an injury, blood will actually diffuse into the skin which causes the skin to discolor even though the skin does not break. The fancy name for a bruise is called a "contusion." There is usually pain, swelling, tenderness and discoloration. So even though the skin does not break, there is injury. You may be able to hide a bruise from others by way of clothing, but the injury remains. You know you do not have to break a bone or skin in order to be injured. Our heart is Good at teaching us that lesson in Life.
Rub the bruised area during and after the bath in order to break up the blood deposits. This will keep the area from turning dark and hardened due to calcification (which is a deposit of salts in the tissues.)
