An excellent daily prayer when you wake-up in the morning or go to bed at night. Take your time soaking in the words and relaying the words with your feelings.

Before beginning any Prayer, first read it over and absorb what you will be saying. Then gather your thoughts and choose the specific words that you will be using to ask for your special request or intention, when appropriate.

For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.


I believe in one God,
I believe that God rewards the Good
and serves justice when and where needed.

I believe that in God there are Three Divine Persons.
God the Father,
God the Son,
and God the Holy Spirit.

I believe that God the Son,
became Man, without ceasing to be God.
I believe that He is my Lord and my Saviour Jesus Christ,
the Redeemer of the human race,
Who died on the Cross for the salvation of everyone,
Who died also for me.

I believe on God's authority,
everything that He has taught and revealed.

O my God, give me strong Faith.
O my God, help me to believe with lively Faith.

O my God, relying on Thy Almighty Power
and Infinite Mercy and Promises,
I sincerely hope to be saved.
Help me to do all that is necessary
for my spiritual growth, development and salvation.

I have committed many sins in my life,
and I can now admit it openly to You,
and now I turn away from them, and turn to Love.

I feel sorry, truly sorry for all of them,
because it goes against your Truth
and it offends your Truth,
my God, Who art All-Good, All-Perfect, All-Holy, All-Merciful,
my Kind and Loving Father.
