PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT - II

This is another beautiful and meditative prayer. Burning frankincense and myrrh along with yoga ujjayi breathing or any other form of comfortable meditative process is of course, perfect.
Before beginning any Prayer, first read it over and absorb what you will be saying. Then gather your thoughts and choose the specific words that you will be using to ask for your special request or intention, when appropriate.
For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.

Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding,
enlighten my mind to perceive
the mysteries of the Universe
in relation to eternity.

Spirit of Knowledge and Reverence,
help me to see the lasting value
of justice and mercy
in my everyday dealings with others.

May I respect life
as I work to solve problems
within my family and nation,
economy and ecology.

Spirit of God,
spark my Faith, Hope and Love

Fill my life with Wonder and Awe
in Your Presence, which penetrates
all Creation.
