Origin of this prayer: This prayer is the complete text of the 23rd Psalm.
This is a beautiful, abundant visual prayer This prayer has everything you could ever need for comfort and support. It's very powerful and awesome when reciting in a sacred space such as; doing yoga in the park, taking a luxurious bath or laying on the grass and staring up at the stars.
Before beginning any Prayer, first read it over and absorb what you will be saying. Then gather your thoughts and choose the specific words that you will be using to ask for your special request or intention, when appropriate.
For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.

The Lord is my Shepherd;
I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pasteurs;
He leadeth me beside the still waters,
He restoreth my soul;
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness
for His name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
for Thou art with me;

Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me
in the presence of mine enemies;
Thou anointest my soul and head with oil;
my cup runneth over.

Surely Goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my Life;
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord,
forever.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray,
who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit
One God
forever and ever.
