HANGING BY A MOMENT

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read the last Daily Message titled, Transformation Taking Shape

I have this wonderful little knack for turning romantically inspired songs into a full-blown spiritually romantic song that has absolutely nothing to do with an earthly relationship. I've never been one to take a Love song and torture myself with it over a past Love. That's just not the way I choose to spend any of my time. Instead, I take the song to a higher level and make it all about a spiritually romantic relationship between me and God.

The only thing I know is that God IS,
it's everything else that has a question mark.
Dr. Loretta Standley~

People often wonder how I can stay so lit up, have such an emphatically positive outlook and stand so firm in my Faith. It's because I know my place in the world and 'that place' is that I am a child of God. PERIOD! I know my physical DNA is from my mom and dad but my Spiritual DNA is from God. Folks, I know exactly who I am. As I was walking my 'physical walk' to get to the place that I am right this very minute I went through some extremely rough times barely hanging on by a moment. In the meantime, during my 'spiritual walk' I held tight hanging by that moment to the only thing I knew and the only thing I really knew was that God IS. It was everything else that had a question mark. I might forsake Him in ugly moments of my Life but He wouldn't forsake me. I knew that! I did everything I could to jam God into my brain so I wouldn't slip into the negative force's trap. I felt I was being motivated and divinely inspired by God to write this website and since that was the case then it was the negative force's job to mess with my brain and try to take me off my spiritual progression path. I had no idea what I was diving into but I just kept hanging on by a moment. It's so easy to be discouraged but I wasn't going to be on that hit list so I kept jamming God into my brain and held on in the moment. I know my place.

When you can't swim and find yourself diving,
you develop trust real quick.
Dr. Loretta Standley~

If you've never read My Path of Transformation then this might be a Good time to read it. Those were some really tough times but it was so much easier to just keep on going rather than ever entertain the thought of giving up and play into the dark side. I simply chose to keep chasing God. I was always divinely protected even if it didn't quite look the way I wanted at the time. Every single time I felt beaten down, I just got up and chased after Him. Well this morning I woke up hearing one of my favorite spiritually romantic songs called, "Hanging By A Moment" by Lifehouse. If you can stay in God-mode during this whole song and not slip into earthly relationship mode while listening to it, then you'll see exactly where I live all the time.

TRANSFORMATION TAKING SHAPE

Read the last Daily Message titled, Wax On Wax Off

GREETINGS FROM HAMPTON, VA! I'm still in the Norfolk, VA area visiting my friend Gilda. To answer the curiosity question that has been the theme for many e-mails this past week, I have been to A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment) in Virginia Beach, VA. The last time I was here visiting Gilda we went to Virginia Beach and visited the center. A.R.E. is 'not' a church or a religion but is a spiritual organization devoted to the Life and work of Edgar Cayce (1877-1945).

This past Saturday Gilda and I chose to spend the exact moment of the Full Moon Eclipse in Aquarius and the final moments of the mega-mondo square of Mars in Virgo and Pluto in Sagittarius at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean in Virginia Beach, VA. Keep in mind that Aquarius is THE MOST freedom loving sign and the Moon rules the emotions. Talk about freeing up your emotions! It was an awe-inspiring charge standing there at the moment that land and Ocean converge. The grounded energy of land, the flowing energy of water and the endless feeling of air was so freeing . . . and at the same time it fired me up! All of the elements were in place (earth, water, air and fire) for transforming one part of my Life, into another part of my Life. As we walked along the beach enjoying our moving meditation, the waves barreled in and splashed upon us as we talked about leaving behind anything we needed to let go of right there at the waters edge and be done with it. It was a time of release, spiritual awakening and transformation. It was up to Ocean to carry away what we left behind to its spiritual progression path as we moved on with our lives.

The most magical part of this whole scene was I was with a Scorpio (Gilda) and it is Scorpio that naturally rules the 8th house of transformation. The 8th house rules death, rebirth and transformation. There has to be an ending of something in order for a new beginning to take shape. Scorpio also rules destruction and reconstruction which in turn is transformation. You see folks, some people think that a death is an ending but there is no such thing as death or an ending. Everything is reborn and recycled, which is the full circle of transformation. We just keep graduating to higher levels of consciousness! While this whole Pluto and Mars squaring each other can be pretty scary, it remains an opportunity for a transformation within you. The transformation is going to happen whether you like it or not and you get to choose how to handle it. Interestingly enough, Pluto and Mars both naturally rule Scorpio.

I'm one that rarely remembers my dreams because I wake up so dang fast. I'm pretty much awake before I open my eyes. Well the other night I had a dream that had all of the symbols of death pertaining to a group of people who had drowned. The moment I woke up I knew that it wasn't about death at all, it was about rebirth and transforming from one state to another. Interestingly enough, I had fallen asleep with one of the science channels on and when I woke up a baby was being born. How much more symbolic can it get than that? The woman was pushing, crying and was just plain worn out. Not moments later the baby was crying and all of sudden the pain was 'POOF' . . gone . . and now she was a mother and could not have been happier. Ahhhh . . . the mystery of transformation and how quickly the mind makes adjustments to its surroundings.

The theme of transformation taking shape has been so profound every since I arrived here last Wednesday and it's been a wonderful visit with Gilda. Now I'm just waiting for her to get home from work so I can go swimming in her pool. CANNONBALL! I never go swimming unsupervised folks. Remember, we South Node Pisces' people should NEVER EVER swim alone or without the supervision of someone who is a Pisces or strong Pisces. I won't even stick my big toe in the pool when she's gone to work. This is probably the only time I'm a Good girl and do what I'm supposed to. I'm just sitting here typing in my swimsuit waiting for that signal when the garage door opens. (winky wink) Once Gilda gets home, I'll be cannonballing the rest of the afternoon like a lunatic because she's a North Node Pisces. Wow, talk about the perfect balance between two friends! I will posting a more recent picture of Gilda Scorpio Girl and myself soon.

and practice being you."

WAX ON WAX OFF

GREETINGS FROM HAMPTON, VA! I'm here in Hampton visiting my girlfriend Gilda (pictured left with me). Obviously I have not allowed the Mars in Virgo and Pluto in Sagittarius square to stop me from living my Life. I am keenly aware of my surroundings and continue to handle things with a 'wax on wax off' approach. Remember in the movie "Karate Kid," the first lesson that Mr. Miyagi teaches Daniel? He teaches him wax on, wax off. Daniel has yet to learn that 'wax on, wax off' is exactly what he will use when deflecting the energy of his opponent. Further into the movie, Daniel applies this lesson when his opponent throws a punch, Daniel throws up his hand, as in 'wax on, wax off' and blocks the energy coming at him. In other words, Daniel is prepared. Folks, it's not what happens to you, it's how you handle it. Wax on, wax off. See the video below.

SLOW AND PASSIONATE

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read the last Daily Message titled, Are You Big Enough To Take It?

GREETINGS FROM HAMPTON, VA! I'm here in Hampton visiting my friend Gilda (pictured with me and my grandson). Obviously my five-year old grandson is not five in this picture. Hampton is just north of Norfolk, VA just over the bridge and through the tunnel of the Chesapeake Bay. I'll be here until next week mentating and being silly with my Scorpio playmate Gilda. I will post an updated picture of Gilda and I soon.

This morning my musical DLG (Download from God) was "100 Years" by Five for Fighting. Incidentally, Five for Fighting is one guy, John Ondrasik. He gave himself this stage name after the penalty in ice hockey when a player receives a five-minute penalty for fighting. Cool huh? I just Love scraps of trivia. This is such a popular song that it would surprise me if anyone hasn't heard it because it's even been used in several commercials. This is one of those tunes that YouTube won't allow anyone to embed so you'll have to Click this link and go to YouTube to watch the video. I have adjusted the link so that my page remains on your screen so you can see the words and watch the video at the same time. Just move the YouTube page over and you'll still be able to see this page. I gotcha' covered baby!

Waking up to this song makes sense because the first conversation Gilda and I had after our very boistrous and outrageously loud airport scene was about 'just being'. Gilda and I tend to go so far out into the ethers in our conversations that we could just float away like helium inflated balloons under our own power. We had already had this 'just being' conversation before we even put my luggage into the trunk of the car. This song is clearly about living in the moment, enjoying the age you are right now and 'just being'. Interesting enough, before we even arrived at Gilda's house we also had a conversation about how much we enjoy living the age we are right now. Right now folks! It's a choice. Honestly, there is no time like the present. Living your Life is like experiencing a kiss. It's the difference between a fast indifferent kiss and a slow passionate kiss. I don't know about you but I'll take a slow and passionate kiss any day of the week. (winky wink)

100 YEARS
by Five for Fighting

GO TO 100 YEARS - RIGHT HERE!

I'm 15 for a moment
Caught in between 10 and 20
And I'm just dreaming
Counting the ways to where you are

I'm 22 for a moment
She feels better than ever
And we're on fire
Making our way back from Mars

15 there's still time for you
Time to buy and time to lose
15, there's never a wish better than this
When you only got 100 years to live

I'm 33 for a moment
Still the man, but you see I'm a they
A kid on the way babe
A family on my mind

I'm 45 for a moment
The sea is high
And I'm heading through a crisis
Chasing the years of my life

15 there's still time for you
Time to buy and time to lose yourself
Within a morning star

15 I'm all right with you
15, there's never a wish better than this
When you only got 100 years to live

Half time goes by
Suddenly you’re wise
Another blink of an eye
67 is gone
The sun is gettin' high
We're moving on

I'm 99 for a moment
And time for just another moment
And I'm just dreamin'
Counting the ways to where you are

15 there's still time for you
22 I feel her too
33 you’re on your way
Every day's a new day

15 there's still time for you
Time to buy and time to choose
Hey 15, there's never a wish better than this
When you only got 100 years to live

GREETINGS FROM THE AIR! Yippeee! As you read this I'm on a plane on my way to Norfolk, Virginia to spend a week with my Scorpio mentating playmate Gilda. Just to give you some idea in Oprah friend talk Gilda is my Gayle King who lives in Hampton, VA. Oh, we all have a friend who is our "Gayle." You all remember "H" (Henrietta) right? Well she's my Maria Shriver who lives in Los Angeles, CA. Besides my family, who are a given, my other really close friends are Christine and Julie (who are amazing and 'trouble'), Peg, Cherie, Anna, Renee, Tina and Amy. More on the my time with Gilda as the week progresses but for now, on to the Daily Message. By the way, the pic is of Gilda, me and my grandson Big Tree when he couldn't even walk yet. Dang! This was five years ago! But for now . . on to the Daily Message.

[Posted 5:30 AM EDT - Wednesday morning, 8/13/2008]

ARE YOU BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE IT?

Wouldn't it be nice if all we had to do was say a few positive affirmations and then botta-boom-botta-bing-BANG-POPCORN! everything manifested exactly the way we wanted it? Well folks, it really doesn't work that way because first you have to have a vision or dream of what you want to manifest. You don't have to have the entire business plan laid out or the full scope of how you will get there. You just need the dream and an openness to anything and anyone that can help you get there. Second, you have to have some faith and confidence that you can create that thing. Third, you have to be willing to do what it takes to get there. Having a dream but not "umpf" doesn't really work. Manifesting a dream takes action. PERIOD!

Pray to God and row to shore.
Old Indian Proverb

This takes me to my latest obsession, The Olympic Games. I've been on "Maniacal Watch" with these games because I just can't get enough of the athlete's inspirational stories. One interview with Michael Phelps (maniacal swimmer for the USA) talks about how all he does is eat, swim, eat, sleep, eat, swim, eat sleep, eat. Since the last olympics all he's been doing is eating, swimming and sleeping. Well that may not sound like a Good time to you and me but it's his dream and he is willing to put the work into making his dream a reality. When he swims the announcers talk about how easy he makes it look but we now know all he does is eat, swim, eat, sleep, eat, swim, eat, sleep, eat . . even so, he does everything he can to stay at the top of his game and that can't be easy.

As I listen to each of these athlete's stories I reflect on my own Life and how much work I've been willing to do in order to manifest my dream. For those of you who are new to this website, then you may have missed my Daily Message back in February 2007 called, "My Path of Transformation." It's been a year and a half since that Daily Message and I'm still pushing it. I'm still working it. And I'm still doing it all by myself . . even on the road, at a campsite or in the air. While those first several years were certainly hard, in the same breath it wasn't because I had a dream, a goal, a vision and something that made me happy and that took the edge off. It also hurt. It hurt bad in a whole different way than these athlete's hurt but I still did it. This website is over 3000 pages and is now ranked 116,486 out of 175,480,931 distinct websites in the world with number one being the best. Folks, it didn't come easy but I was willing to do the work and now it is most certainly easy-er. I've been willing to do what it takes. I realize that I make it all look easy but it's what I do. Michael Phelps swims . . I communicate. It still takes a whole heck of a lot of work but it's okay. It's what I do. After all these years typing into the night and getting up early to do it all over again 24/7/365 I feel like I'm gliding across the water now just like Michael Phelps. I'm ahead of the pack, approximately 175,364,445 other websites to be exact but I still have to keep up the pace. I can't let up.

This brings me to my musical DLG (Download from God) this morning. For those of you who don't know, I sleep about four hours a night and I wake up to a song in my head, which I call a musical DLG which serves as the inspiration for my Daily Message. It's not a song on the radio, it's a song that plays out in my head that is audible to me and it goes off just like an alarm clock. I lay there and soak up the song until I get the message of what I'm suppose to write to you. It's as clear as listening to it on the radio. Well this morning I woke up to Ringo Starr's, "It Don't Come Easy." I believe that it doesn't come easy, but at the same time I believe that it does when you do what you Love. Affirmation and prayer certainly serve a wonderful purpose by keeping my Faith and my confidence on track. I do believe that we have to prove ourselves to the Universe (God) that we mean it and we are serious about our dream, that we will hang in there, just like the athlete's have to prove they can have what it takes when they have the time trials to even go to the olympics . . to go the distance. We too have to prove ourselves if we intend to go the distance and experience the outcome we are seeking. Funny how Ringo sings, "I don't ask for much, I only want a trust, and you know it don't come easy." So often we want the gold medal first without really doing the work and paying our dues. Then he goes on to sing . . .

Please remember peace
is how we make it,
Here within your reach
if you're big enough to take it

Enjoy today's musical DLG while you ask yourself, "Am I big enough to take it?" Folks, we've all been purposed to do something and I support your purpose because it came from God. Oh baby we're all soooooo on purpose. I also happen to think that you are big enough to take it and if you want it bad enough, you will work for it.

IT DON'T COME EASY
by Ringo Starr

It don't come easy,
You know it don't come easy
It don't come easy
You know it don't come easy

Got to pay your dues
If you wanna sing the blues
And you know it don't come easy
You don't have to shout
Or leap about
You can even play them easy

Forget about the past
And all your sorrow,
The future won't last
It will soon be your tommorow

I don't ask for much
I only want a trust
And you know it don't come easy
And this Love of mine
Keeps growing all the time
And you know it just ain't easy

Open up your heart
Let's come together,
Use a little Love
And we will make it work out better.

(interlude)

Got to pay your dues
If you wanna sing the blues
And you know it don't come easy
You don't have to shout
Or leap about
You can even play them easy

Please remember peace
Is how we make it,
Here within your reach
If you're big enough to take it

I don't ask for much
I only want a trust
And you know it don't come easy
And this Love of mine
Keeps growing all the time
And you know it don't come easy

WHAT IF IT ALL GOES RIGHT?

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read the last Daily Message titled, Inspired By Greatness

As I wrote to you yesterday, I can easily become obsessed with the Olympics. Okay, alright already . . I am obsessed with the Olympics. This morning when I woke up my musical DLG (Download from God) was "What If It All Works Out" by Melissa Lawson who is the NEW! Nashville Star. I think from the get go it was easy to see that this woman was going to win Nashville Star no matter who your favorite happened to be. Even though she was competing against some incredible talent, there was something certain about her being the winner.

Well this morning I woke up hearing the song she sang the night she won Nashville Star. (See the video and lyrics below) After I did my usual morning routine, turned on my computer, updated the Spiritual Progression Path first, the Prayer List second and the Daily Horoscopes third, I turned on the television and lo' and behold Melissa Lawson was on the Today Show singing this morning's musical DLG in Beijing, China. Now that's a DLG! They made a comment that she had just sang at the Great Wall of China the day before. What an incredible turn of events in her Life dont'cha think? One day she's a kitchen singing mom of five and next thing ya' know she's singing at the Great Wall of China. Geepers Batman! And you know she's probably been through a few Life lessons to put her where she is today, on Today! Melissa is over 30 and has five children I believe all under eight years old. Watch the video all the way to the very end to 3:06 and you can count them . . 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 kids and they look like boys! OH BOY! Oh for Pete's Sake folks, don't tell me you can't do it.

As she sang this song it reminded me of a chapter in my book, "And Who Are You?" called, "Living In the Land of If". Whenever my patients would say to me, "What if it doesn't work?" I would always say, "What if it does?" Enjoy the song and the words below.

WHAT IF IT ALL WORKS OUT
by Melissa Lawson, The New Nashville Star

What if that road that you're taking's a dead end
What if Love leaves you all jaded and broken
What if that limb breaks you're climbing out on
Yeah, what if it all goes wrong

But, what if it all goes right
What if it all works out
What if the stars line up
and good luck reigns down
What if you chased your dreams
and it changes your whole life
Yeah, what if it all goes right

What if that road is a beautiful slow drive
What if that Love ends up lasting a life time
What if that limb holds you up tree strong
What if this time nothing goes wrong

What if it all goes right
What if it all works out
What if the stars line up
and good luck reigns down
What if you chased your dreams
and it changes your whole Life
Yeah, what if it all goes right

What if you climb to the mountain top
and touch the sky
Spread a cloud as it passes by
You might fall, you might fall
but then again you might fly

What if it all goes right
What if it all works out
What if the stars line up
and good luck reigns down
What if you chased your dreams
and it changes your whole life
Yeah, what if it all goes right

"Now get out there, go place yourself UP!
and practice being you."

INSPIRED BY GREATNESS

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read the last Daily Message titled, A Beautiful Note

I can easily plunk myself down in front of the TV and become obsessed with The Olympic Games. To be brutally honest, it's because I Love greatness! I just Love majestic, grandiose and magnificent anything, including human accomplishment, buildings, landscape, etc. I even woke up this morning hearing the Olympic music as my musical DLG (Download from God). Laying there listening to this musical DLG play out in my head instantly made me excited about what is to come in my Life. I've looked all over the web for the name of the music that has the tympanies and brass section playing that expansive, triumphant and victorious music. What the heck is the name of that song? It's driving me crazy!

The Olympics always inspires me and rocks my world as I witness greatness and excellence in the making or hear an athlete's story on how they arrived at their level of play. It's no secret that I enjoy sports, especially when it's my country competing against another country. Not just because when they win, somehow I win too (my country) but because I enjoy learning about the athlete's and the dedication and commitment that it took to reach such a level of greatness. It gets me thinking about what I have accomplished so far and it makes me realize that I too can push harder and rise to a higher level of play. I don't say this out of an ego-based mindset; it's something that I know I'm suppose to do. I've been given the gift of communication in many forms and an enormous amount of energy to do it; therefore, it would be hard for me to believe that it was all for not. So I straighten up my thought process and rake the cobwebs out of my brain and push again. After all, when we push the Universe has to balance itself out and answer back.

In high school I wasn't attracted to the boy who drove daddy's fine car. No way! Driving daddy's car was not an impressive ride to me. That can sound a bit snotty if you miss the point. My boyfriend in high school was the one who saved his money from making fancy schmancy wooden mailboxes and cutting lawns so he could buy his dream car, a 1967 Red Mustang. I didn't like him because of his car but yet at the same time I did . . . I liked him because of "how" he manifested his dream car. How he made that car a reality through his own momentum made all the difference in the world and in turn it inspired me. He was also a wrestler and became one of the best in the state in his weight class. The level of drive and commitment that he had to the sport and to become one of the best in the state inspired me. When I watch the stories of the athlete's at the Olympics and what they have gone through in order to attain greatness, I know that I have a lot more "umpf" in me where that came from. People will often ask where I get the energy to do everything I do and all I can say is that I'm inspired by greatness, including God through my DLGs.

"Now get out there, go place yourself UP!
and practice being you."

A BEAUTIFUL NOTE

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read the last Daily Message titled, Who Are You Supposed To Be?

FIRST, note the Prayer List and the Spiritual Progression Path are updated. All future SPP's will now be archived in the left navy blue column.

The other day I woke up to my favorite Yanni tune called, "One Man's Dream." This song is so beautiful and everytime I hear this song my Life flashes before my eyes. During the most dramatic and powerful moments as the song is building it brings out memories that were the most dramatic and powerful in my Life. These moments are a mixture of joy, sadness, happiness, sorrow, bliss, pain, rejoice, grief, relief and exhilaration. When I hear this song I can almost remember my own birth. I can even see the day my dad was running down the street with me in his arms taking me to the hospital. I wasn't crying, he was. I had become deathly ill and he physically ran with me to the hospital. I even remember him leaping over a trash can that was in his path as he held me tight and ran like a world-class sprinter. I was just 9 months old.

Then I see lightning fast visions of my childhood. The flashes keep coming as the song builds and then at one of those powerful moments in the song I see myself pushing in the delivery room and then I hear the sound of my daughter crying. I see myself graduating from college and then receiving the Student Doctor Award. I see my daughter graduate from High School as I wept through her entire graduation ceremony. I was quite dramatic that day. I'll never forget it. My baby! And then of course there was the day my grandson's were born. Most of you know that my grandson "Big Tree" has an identical twin brother "Nick" who is in heaven because he did not survive birth. Although that day was dramatic and painful, it was also a very spiritually romantic day knowing full well that Nick was with Jesus. The saving grace is we'll never wonder what Nick looked like since he and "Big Tree" are identical twins.

Life is so full of wonder and surprise and it can be so fleeting. It seems like I was born just yesterday (no pun intended . . hehehe) not to mention it seems like my daughter (now 27) was born just yesterday. Then there are my grandson's. I can't believe its already been five years. When I heard "One Man's Dream" I saw myself creating my Life and then it dawned on me that my Life has been my own doing, my own creation and my own choices. Good or bad, my Life and how I chose to live it has been my choice. I wonder . . . come this time next year what memories will I be adding through my own choices. I'm so grateful for my Life and for the sense to wake up out of my bad choices and really smell the roses. At the end of the song you can see Yanni mouth the words, "Ahhhhh . . . yes". This song ends on a note that is exactly the way I feel about my Life. A beautiful note. Ahhhhh . . YES!

WHO ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE?

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read yesterday's Daily Message titled, Big Fish!

FIRST, note the Prayer List and the Spiritual Progression Path are updated. All future SPP's will now be archived in the left navy blue column.

This morning my musical DLG (Download from God) was George Michael (formerly of the duo Wham!) singing one of my favorite tunes called, "Freedom! '90". I Love this song for so many reasons but mainly because I understand the meaning of the song, which is breaking through barriers, choosing to be true to oneself and living happily through the transformational shift. I identify so closely with this song probably due to the fact that I have Jupiter in Aquarius in my Natal Chart which is THE MOST freedom loving planet in THE MOST freedom loving sign. My freedom is always my very first consideration personally and professionally. No kidding . . when contemplating anything you can probably even see a little bubble over my head with the caption, "Hmmmmm, how will this impact my freedom?" I really do think this way which is why I take calls and appointments on the fly. (winky wink) I am most definitely a butterfly and if I didn't have this website to ground me on a daily basis through my daily writings, I would probably just float away under my own power. I absolutely have to use my grounding and earthy North Node Virgo and Capricorn Moon to tether me. Still, everything that I think and do has to pass my freedom test, meaning it cannot compromise my freedom nor limit my choices personally or professionally.

Maybe I woke up hearing this song because of the planetary influences that are taking place which will force a transformational shift in all of us whether we are ready or not . . . here it comes. Freedom '90 is about breaking through all kinds of barriers personally and professionally for George Michael. He already had a song out there with Wham titled, "Freedom" so Epic Records added the '90 to it since it was released in 1990. George Michael was making a transition from performing with Andrew Ridgeley in the pop duo Wham! and was striking out on his own. In other words, he had a relationship that was ending. He was also going through some struggles with Sony Music trying to get released from his recording contract, not to mention in his personal life he was a closet homosexual. Oh yeah, he was definitely going through a transformational shift when he sang this song and I'll bet making these big shifts didn't feel Good for him but once he moved through the changes, it was the best thing that ever happened to him. He was finally going to be who he was supposed to be. If you choose to watch the video on YouTube you will see the destruction of many symbols from George Michael's past in this song such as a jukebox, a guitar and a jacket.

I think there's something you should know
I think it's time I stopped the show
There's something deep inside of me
There's someone I forgot to be
Take back your picture in a frame
Don't think that I'll be back again
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes do not make the man

Folks, during this Mars/Pluto square many of us will experience changes so big that we will not recognize ourselves at the end of this year and the Good news is, it really is Good and for our own Good. Remember, nothing happens to you for your lowest bad because that doesn't even make sense. Everything is for our Ultimate Good. This is a very exciting time folks. Read the above paragraph of lyrics again folks . . . There's something deep inside of me, there's someone I forgot to be . . . Click here to see the video on YouTube. I set up the link so that you can still see this webpage and read the words below while watching the video. Oh so, slick! YouTube doesn't allow this video to be embedded so you'll have to click the link and go to the site. And it's the best song to dance to and think about freedom and the transformational shift. Get up, dance, embrace and enjoy the transformation you about to step into! Above all, be who you are supposed to be.

I won't let you down
I will not give you up
Gotta have some faith in the sound
It's the one good thing that I've got
I won't let you down
So please don't give me up
cause I would really, really love to stick around, oh yeah

Heaven knows I was just a young boy
Didn't know what I wanted to be
I was every little hungry schoolgirl's pride and joy
And I guess it was enough for me
To win the race? A prettier face!
Brand new clothes and a big fat place
On your rock and roll TV
But today the way I play the game is not the same
No way
Think I'm gonna get myself happy

I think there's something you should know
I think it's time I told you so
There's something deep inside of me
There's someone else I've got to be
Take back your picture in a frame
Take back your singing in the rain
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes do not make the man

All we have to do now
Is take these lies and make them true somehow
All we have to see
Is that I don't belong to you
And you don't belong to me yea yea
Freedom,
Freedom,
Freedom
You've gotta give for what you take
Freedom,
Freedom,
Freedom
You've gotta give for what you take

Heaven knows we sure had some fun boy
What a kick just a buddy and me
We had every big shot good-time band on the run boy
We were living in a fantasy
We won the race
Got out of the place
I went back home got a brand new face
For the boys on MTV
But today the way I play the game has got to change
Oh yeah
Now I'm gonna get myself happy

I think there's something you should know
I think it's time I stopped the show
There's something deep inside of me
There's someone I forgot to be
Take back your picture in a frame
Don't think that I'll be back again
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes do not make the man

All we have to do now
Is take these lies and make them true somehow
All we have to see
Is that I don't belong to you
And you don't belong to me, yea yea
Freedom,
Freedom,
Freedom
You've gotta give for what you take
Freedom,
Freedom,
Freedom
You've gotta give for what you take

Well it looks like the road to heaven
But it feels like the road to hell
When I knew which side my bread was buttered
I took the knife as well
Posing for another picture
Everybody's got to sell
But when you shake your ass
They notice fast
And some mistakes were built to last

That's what you get,
That's what you get,
That's what you get,
I say that's what you get
That's what you get for changing your mind
That's what you get for changing your mind

That's what you get,
That's what you get,
And after all this time
I just hope you understand
Sometimes the clothes
Do not make the man

All we have to do now is take these lies
And make them true somehow
All we have to see is that i don't belong to you
And you don't belong to me yea yea
Freedom,
Freedom,
Freedom
You've got to give for what you take
Freedom,
Freedom,
Freedom
You've got to give for what you take
Yea you've got to give for what you, give for what you give

May not be what you want from me
Just the way it's got to be
Lose the face now
I've got to live I've got to live

BIG FISH!

AudioOsda Sunalei [Good Morning in Cherokee]

Read yesterday's Daily Message titled, How Do You Plead?

GREETINGS FROM CHEROKEE, NORTH CAROLINA -- AGAIN! Yesterday my grandson "Big Tree" and I took off for Cherokee again because tomorrow (Saturday, August 2, 2008) is the Children's Trout Derby. Yep, we were just here the week before last and we're back again for more. Only this time we are on a fishing expedition.

This morning me, Big Tree, mom and dad are preparing to bait up the fishing poles and drop in a line. All we have to do is walk down the embankment and there's the river with plenty of trout just waiting for us. Not to mention my dad is a Pisces and if anyone knows about fish, it's a Pisces! So who better than to prepare my grandson for the Trout Derby tomorrow than his great-grandpa the Pisces! Click here to read about "The Children's Trout Derby."

As far as astro readings and health consults are concerned, I will be available only today to do readings and consults because all day tomorrow is the Trout Derby. And then Sunday, Big Tree and I will be heading back to St. Louis. As usual, the turn around time for ordering astrology charts is 24 hours . . that still stands.

Now remember folks, today is the NEW MOON IN LEO! It's a perfect time using the strength, power, determination and will power of Leo to make a change. Check your daily horoscope today for insight because you absolutely have to let go in order to receive. What wasn't serving you needs to be released because if you refuse to do so, the Mars/Pluto square will kick your 'Rumpelstiltskin' and then you'll be standing in coulda, woulda, shoulda. Keep in mind there is an "orb" around this square which means several weeks before and after this square takes place, you will feel it.

If you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach me by phone (314.420.5099). Believe me, it won't bother me a bit. If you wait until I return home and get loaded with phone calls, then you'll wish you hadn't waited. Not to mention, my computer and phone is my office. I'm mobile baby! If you send me an e-mail, you could be waiting longer than you anticipated. Think nothing of calling because my family is fully aware of the fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants lifestyle that I lead because it allows me to come and go as I please and see them whenever I want. While there is a price that I pay for my freedom, I'm willing to do what it takes and those who are closest to me understand when I sneak away for a moment, I'll be right back. I'd rather help you get on track quickly rather than have you sit there running your fingers through your head wondering what the hell to do next. (winky wink) Let's get 'er done folks!

Below is a picture of my mom and dad (center) with the Principal Chief, Michell Hicks (right).
