Your skin is a living organism. In fact, it is the largest organ of your body. It protects from critters, it insulates and regulates your temperature, it is a reservoir for water and food, it absorbs, it secretes and it senses. For all of these reasons and more, you must care for it, water it, exfoliate it, clean it and respect it.

If you have a hard time doing push-ups, then you are going to LOVE wall-push-ups. Wall-Push-Ups strengthen your arms, shoulders, triceps and chest. Face a wall standing a bit further than arm's length away from the wall with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lean your body forward with your palms flat against the wall at shoulder height and shoulder-width apart. Bend your elbows and touch your nose to the wall. Straighten your elbows and that's one push-up. Easy Peasy Nice and Breezy!

If you want more or better of something, then it would be wise to show the Universe that you can handle what you already have. Take care of your things by keeping them clean, organized and useful. If you do not take care of your things, then you must not care all that much for them. Today's housework activity is more mental than physical.
