Be brave and have an experiment with various milks to see which one feels better on your body. You might feel better drinking soy milk, almond milk, lactose-free milk, 2 percent milk, whole milk or goat milk. My body is not lactose intolerant but I like the way lactose-free milk makes my body feel. My other half (fiance) enjoys almond milk. It just goes to show, what's Good for the goose (female) is not always Good for the gander (male). LOL!
