I was curious about chakras and keeping them balanced. I've seen in various catalogs objects that can be worn (jewelry and clothing) with the chakra colors. Do these items keep chakras in balance or do you think it's a waste of money?
Thanks! Terri
Dear Terri:
Excellent question.
It is important to first recognize which chakra or chakra's you "feel" may be out of balance. This is something that "I believe" you will know before any "chakra clearing ornament" or "chakra clearing healer" can give you.
Please read about each chakra under the "Metaphysical" button and identify which Chakra or Chakra's you feel are interfering with your progressed physical and spiritual growth and development.
Each chakra listed will provide you with information about a particular body part. I do believe the most important part of the healing process is recognizing the area in question. When you recognize it, then you can celebrate the awareness (hallelujah) and then you can move in the direction of changing your lifestyle, attitude or behavior. Self-recognition and embracing the awareness is KEY.
Just like an alcoholic first recognizing that he/she is an alcoholic. Admission of the problem is KEY in the healing process.
After all, chakra's are balanced because there is a block in energy or a confusion of energy in a particular area of the body.
If your chakra's are cleared by a healer or an ornament, that is all well and Good (for the moment) . . until you continue the same path of resistance.
As in the art of hypnosis, a patient can bring themselves out of the hypnosis whenever they choose through their own actions and reactions IF they are no longer sincere in their desire to heal.
So, to answer your question, I think continually wearing a cross or crucifix with our Savior Jesus Christ on it is the best chakra clearing ornament anyone could ever wear.
Again, you have to recognize the area and then maintain the mind-set and behavior of healing.
I pray this helps.
A Bazillion Blessings~ Dr. Standley
