NOTE - IF ADDITIONAL TIME IS REQUESTED AND ADDED 'DURING' THE READING, the time will be based on the next amount of time. Example - if 15 minutes goes to 30 minutes or a 30 minute reading turns into 60 minutes. If additional time is added 'a second time' during that same reading, the time will 'not be' pro-rated. Example - if that 60 minutes goes to 90 minutes. That additional 30 minutes will be added as it is requested (15, 30, 60 or 90) and will 'not' be pro-rated.
