This bath is perfect when needing to confront something that scares you. This could be anything from confronting a person to confronting a new career. Try this bath on for size.
40 minutes - Do 7 baths, 1 bath a week for 7 weeks. Whenever you need extra courage, go ahead and do this bath at a moment's notice. The best day of the week for you will the day that your zodiac (sun) sign rules. For example: Cancer rules Monday, Gemini rules Wednesday, Leo rules Sunday - Look up your sun sign under horoscopes and then scroll down to your sun signs rulerships.
40 drops cedarwood, 40 drops elemi, 40 drops sassafras and 40 drops tea tree. Add 5 cups of apple cider vinegar (prefereably unprocessed).
