If you have been to the doctor and have been told there is no reason why you should not be able to conceive, then try this bath. As you lay in the tub, massage in a straight line the point just under your naval to the top of your pubic bone. If you feel a tender spot, then spend extra time massaging that point until it is no longer tender. Also, massage the flat area between the vagina and the rectum. This area may also be tender. Massage until the tenderness releases. These tender spots could block chi' (energy) from moving throughout your reproductive area.
After you have released the tenderness, lean back and relax, meditate on the Blessed Virgin Mary and ask for her Divine Maternal Assistance in helping you become a mother too.
