HOW MANY CALORIES CAN I BURN EXERCISING?

The calorie guides you read on this page are approximate values only.

A calorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water one degree Celcius. In other words, in order to burn off calories, you'd have to heat up your body (EXERCISE!!!). Obviously, the less calories you take and in coupled with the more you exercise, the faster weight falls off your body.

The tasks or movements below are listed from least amount of calories burned to the most amount of calories burned. Imagine eating 1,800 calories a day and in the same day burnig 400 calories. It's like eating 1,400 calories instead of 1,800. Yippee! Exercise is cool!!!
