When the Aquarian Moon moves through this house you are likely to throw caution to the wind and do your own thing rather than pitch in and help. It's pretty much like you want the day off from being you. Take the time to get your own Life back on track rather than helping others before you help yourself. While that is very nice and noble, you know full well that you need to make yourself happy first. Mars will remain in the sign of Libra for quite some time simply because it is going to go through a Retrograde period from March 1, 2014 until May 20, 2014. Mars naturally rules Aries, so Mars in its opposite sign (Libra) makes it in its 'Detriment'. It is 'out of place' and acts out at the wrong time and in the wrong place.
