The Libra Moon is moving through your 2nd house of value systems, physical possessions and money, personal self esteem and talents. This house also rules your personal earnings, bankers, budgets, money that "you" make, material resources, value system, monetary gains and losses, security. Basically this house is about your self-worth.

This Libra energy expresses itself through the partner, which means when it shows up in your 2nd house of self-worth then would work well with a partner in a joint venture. This would be a more committed partner like a spouse, more than a single partner who is a friend. I'm talking mixing Love and business. Virgo has an attraction the finer things and chances are your partner does as well because Libra (the sign of the partner) shows up for you here. This is what you have in common. When you couple up, talk about your financial goals because this is very important in the Virgo relationship. Don't act like it isn't important, when it is. The duality of Libra that shows up in this 2nd house also reveals how you could go from one extreme to the other from being frugal to being overly luxurious. I wouldn't use the word cheap with Virgo but frugal is more like it, unless of course you on one of your extravagance whims. As we begin to encounter these 'exact aspects' they are in applying degrees, which means you should be feeling the 'prodrome' or early symptom of what is coming. It's your intuition. After the 'exact aspect' the degrees will begin to pull apart, which is called separating degrees, which it will then leave you feeling either relieved or refreshed.
