The Moon in Taurus is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. This house also rules the personality, your attitude, how you see the world, how you look, appearances, your worldly outlook, and self-awareness and how you respond. It includes the self, ego, anima, projected image, expression of inner motivation, soul purpose, initial approach to life and your aura. Take special note that this first house rules your soul's purpose and your inner motivation.

Folks, if you missed my writing yesterday regarding the Sun in Leo trine Uranus in Aries aspect, then click back a day and give your eyeballs some Love. Today the Moon is still is slow moooooo-ving Taurus, which represents the artistic, flirty and melodious cow or the placid, snotty-face, steam-blowing, stubborn bull. As with anything else in Life, it's all in how you choose to stand and all in how you choose to look at Life. This way or that way, what's it going to be?

The Moon enters the Void of Course time period from 5:41 AM EDT until 5:45 PM EDT. If you are not clear on what this time period means, then make certain you read about it in the first three paragraphs on the Void of Course Index Page. I explain it all there. I do get enough phone calls about the Void of Course Moon to direct your attention again to those first three paragraphs so you are clear about that in-between energy. The Moon in Taurus is very slow mooooooo-ving energy and then once it enters Gemini, everything around you will seem to pick up speed again because Gemini is quick, mercurial, here, there and everyone. It's yes, no and maybe so all in the same breath. LOL!

We are also in a "separating aspect" between the Sun in Leo square Saturn in Scorpio. Even though we have all of these trines still occurring, the square between the Sun and Saturn can cause you to be defensive and quite frankly you will just need to get over yourself. The Sun square Saturn can cause you to underestimate your own self-worth, potential and capabilities. This can also cause you to feel the weight of responsibility. Well, we all have responsibilities in Life and that's just the way it goes. Deal with it! Whap, can you hear my cold, hard Capricorn Moon telling it like it is? I don't sugar-coat that's for sure. BUT STILL, the current trines coupled with the Sun trine Uranus (from yesterday's writing) ought to give you motivation to get a moooooo-ve on and get your groovy on.

We are also experiencing an "applying square" between Mars in Cancer and Uranus in Aries where they are coming closer to each other in degrees. Cancer is the sign of the home and family, while Aries is the sign of the self, me and I. This can cause you to expect others to act as you do and then result in an out of control temper. Knock it off! There is nothing attractive or impressive about losing your temper. Your temperament is yours and no one else's. No one 'makes' you do anything. This square will be 'exact' at 12 degrees tomorrow (Friday, August 1, 2013) so be aware of it and own your stuff before you begin pointing your finger at someone else. And remember, when you point your finger at someone, you always have three fingers pointing back at you.

Now back to those Grand Trines in the Water Signs that I wrote about back between July 16 - 19, 2013, actually that whole week. Oh you betcha' they are still present and still worth tapping because they will be present and worth 'the tap' until August 12, 2013. The trines are strongest until August 5, 2013 but if you want to get all picky and insane about it (like I do) then I would stay 'on the push' until August 12, 2013. Now remember trines are easy and effortless energy, they can make you lazy and less than motivated, so you will need to do your best to push and push hard at whatever you are working toward. Fast forward several months down the road and you will wish that you would have made that phone call, addressed that situation, wrapped up that project, started that project or stood your ground. Whatever you might be referring to later on as 'coulda, woulda, shoulda' is exactly what you should be doing now.

The Void of Course Moon today may change your plans today and set you off on a detour thereby slowing you down, but folks, every single Sun Sign serves a purpose for us, and maybe, just maybe the Void of Course Moon in Taurus is here to change our plans to upgrade our attention or appreciation factor. Bottom line, get a handle on your emotions and temperament. Knock it off with any kneejerk defensive reaction and get over yourself. There is wonderful energy at work here and you don't want to miss the boat.
