The Moon in Taurus is moving through your 6th house of daily life, health, hygiene, food, work ethic, employees, service, skills, servants, clothing and sickness. It is about the service you give to others and your daily habits, routine, the working environment, pets, animals and service.

Since the Moon will move into Taurus at 11:22 AM EDT, this is why I am writing horoscopes today according to the Moon in Taurus instead of the Moon in Aries. Why write the day as if the Moon will be in Aries all day when it won't? If you are one who skips around from one horoscope website to another, this is why you will see one person writing horoscopes according to Aries and why I am writing them according to Taurus. Hey, I'm a North Node Virgo, I prefer pinpoint accuracy. When the Moon moves into Taurus at 11:22 AM EDT (Eastern), that will be 8:22 AM PDT (Pacific). Not to mention it will be 4:22 PM GMT (in the UK). Folks, always know where you are standing in relation to where horoscopes are being written.

Since the Moon is Void of Course for 12 full hours today from 6:17 AM EDT until 6:28 PM EDT, then you can count on this day moooooving in slow motion, like a cow meandering and mooing in the pasture. Gently and ever so slowly he turns his head and looks over there, moo's and stares for long periods of time. He might walk over there but then again he may just stand there allllllllll day. Of course if you poke a bull with a stick, the bull will certainly move and charge. And so it goes, with any Sun Sign you 'get to' choose how you want to handle this day. You can be the melodious cow in the pasture or the charging snotty nose bull blowing steam trying to intimidate anyone in your path. This slowed down energy is very useful if you pace yourself so that when the Moon moves into Gemini just after Midnight (EDT) on the 17th, you can spring up out of bed ready to take on the world!

This is a Good time to remind you up some upcoming dates. Venus will turn Direct on June 27, 2012. Saturn will turn Direct on June 25, 2012. And then Mercury will turn Retrograde on July 14, 2012 until August 8, 2012. Do you see that little window of opportunity between June 27th and July 14th for your new projects? In fact I would 'at least' wait a few days after Venus and Saturn turn Direct because it always takes them a while to pick up speed. Saturn won't be back to where it was when it first turned Retrograde until October 1, 2012 and Venus won't be back to where it was when it first turned Retrograde until July 31, 2012. But folks, you can't wait forever because there will always be aspects and challenges that we have to deal with in Life. Planetary energy is much like a locomotive picking up speed or your car at a stop light once it turns Direct. It has to pick up speed to get back to the degree it was at the time it turned Retrograde. Also, about a week before Mercury goes Retrograde (right at about July 6th) Mercury enters its Storm. WHAT?!?! 'The Storm' is when a planet (Mercury in this case) starts slowing down and putting on the brakes to go into Stationary status (stopped mode) so it can throw itself in reverse and turn Retrograde (backward in degrees) on July 14th. Dang, if it's not one thing it's another. Note -- no planet EVER really moves backward. It is an illusion but our response to the illusion is very real and THAT is what we are dealing with in regard to Retrograde planets. So again, the juiced up time period this summer to get yourself going and pick up speed will be between the last few days of June 2012 and July 6th, 2012. That's not a whole lot of time for new projects but it's not like you don't have some notice here. Know what I mean jellybean?
