Where do I get my strength?
"What's up with the struggle? Why do people dig on that stuff?"
~Dr. Loretta Standley
God is my Strength, my Source and my Supply of all material, emotional and spiritual Substance.
For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.
Today, I accept God's gift of abundance.
Today everything that I AM and have, that is Good,
I identify everything I do with success.
I think affirmatively.
And with all my prayers, I accept abundance.
Whatever I need, whenever I need it,
wherever I need it, for as long as I need it,
will always be at hand.
I no longer see negation
in my undertakings.
Rather, I claim that the action of the Living Spirit
prospers everything I do,
increases every Good I possess
and brings success to me and everyone I meet.
Everything I think about and do
is animated by the Divine Presence,
sustained by the Infinite Power,
and multiplied by the Divine Goodness.
Through Jesus Christ's Most Precious Blood, Most Sacred Name and Most Holy Face, I thank You for this awareness. Amen~
A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke
1 He summoned the Twelve and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases,
2 and He sent them to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal (the sick).
3 He said to them, "Take nothing for the journey, neither walking stick, nor sack, nor food, nor money, and let no one take a second tunic.
4 Whatever house you enter, stay there and leave from there.
5 And as for those who do not welcome you, when you leave that town, shake the dust from your feet in testimony against them."
6 Then they set out and went from village to village proclaiming the Good News and curing diseases everywhere.
