Excellent bath for clearing your aura (energy that you feel is surrounding you and gripping you) or any energy you may have picked up from draining experiences or less than optimum physical exposure to others. Afterward, wrap yourself in a warm robe or a large bath towel and continue to let the heat of the bath stimulating sweat from your body, then go to bed.
40 minutes in water as hot as you can tolerate. Do 12 baths, 1 bath a week for 12 weeks. The best day of the week for you will the day that your zodiac (sun) sign rules.
