40 minutes - 1 bath a week for 40 weeks - You may also do the "Aura Cleansing Bath" once a week during the 40 weeks. 30 drops lime - 30 drops lavandin - 30 drops laurel leaf - 30 drops lemon - 30 drops black pepper (or a pinch ground black pepper) and 30 drops spearmint. Add 5 cups of apple cider vinegar (prefereably unprocessed).
