The plant is found from Maryland to the Gulf of Mexico and is named after Dr. Benjamin Stillingfleet. It is a perennial herb with an angled stem that has a milky sap inside. It can grow to 2 - 4 feet tall and has yellow flowers.
With a multitude of uses, Stillingia also known as Queen’s Root is used for to fight various infections and detoxify the body providing relief from inflammation and irritation.
