Eucalyptus is safe yet very potent when used. It has antiseptic properties in the leaves and helps guard against germs. Eucalyptus have been found in fever districts and marshy areas that are infected with mosquitoes and it has been found that the leaves will convert the oxygen of the air into ozone.
Eucalyptus is considered to be a purifier. The oil can be sniffed to clear sinus congestion and when mixed with water it is an insect repellant. Also if a small drop of Eucalyptus is put of the tongue, it will help to relieve nausea.
