This is a perfect walking prayer. When you're exercising or just walking into the grocery store, this is a short little prayer to keep your focus.

Before beginning any Prayer, first read it over and absorb what you will be saying. Then gather your thoughts and choose the specific words that you will be using to ask for your special request or intention, when appropriate.

For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.

Angel of God, My Guardian,
Dear to whom God's Love commits me here.

Ever this day be at my side,
to Light and guard and rule and guide.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray,
who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit
