Origin of this prayer: I wrote this prayer in response to the scripture John 17:1-4, where Jesus says, "I have glorified Thee on the earth: I have finished the work which Thou gavest me to do.

Who are you? Do you ever have a hard time figuring out who you are and what you are supposed to be doing with your Life? I've found that getting clear on my foundation, where I came from and who I serve, gives me all the clarity I'll ever need. And then I move on from that space of clarity.

Before beginning any Prayer, first read it over and absorb what you will be saying. Then gather your thoughts and choose the specific words that you will be using to ask for your special request or intention, when appropriate.

For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.
