Dear Jesus Christ,
I come to You the best way I know how.
I believe that You are the Son of God,
and that You Love me and want to save me.

I know that I sin, and I ask for Your forgiveness.
I believe that You suffered and took the punishment for my sins.
And that You shed Your Precious and Sinless Blood
for me by Your death on the cross.

I also believe that You arose from the grave
and that You did all of this to give me eternal Life in Heaven.
I now receive You as Lord and Savior, into my heart and Life.

Lord Jesus Christ, I thank You in advance for forgiving me, and for saving me through Your Merciful Grace.

In Jesus Christ's name I pray,
who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit
One God
forever and ever.
