I AM A CHILD OF GOD PRAYER

Origin of this prayer: I wrote this prayer while writing my book, "And Who Are You?" This was when I first understood how closely related to God that I AM and how I AM truly His child. Writing this prayer helped me understand that God is my Father and my ultimate Dad. Jesus said that are to come to the Father, humble and as a little child and now I truly get what He was referring to.

Matthew 18:4 - Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18:5 - And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

Romans 8:16 - The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Who are you? Do you ever have a hard time figuring out who you are and what you are supposed to be doing with your Life? I've found that getting clear on my foundation, where I came from and who I serve, gives me all the clarity I'll ever need. And then I move on from that space of clarity.

Before beginning any Prayer, first read it over and absorb what you will be saying. Then gather your thoughts and choose the specific words that you will be using to ask for your special request or intention, when appropriate.

For a more enriching experience, go down on your knees to pray or take it one step further and prostrate yourself (lay face down) on the floor while praying.
