Dear Dr. Standley: (A slap in the face!)

I Love your book. I felt like I was slapped in the face, only it felt Good. It was so easy to read and now I'm going to read it again as a 40-day meditation. I Love the way you made reference to the 40 days compared to 30 days. No wonder I never lost that extra weight!

And my favorite story was when you were about to lose it and you got a slap in the face yourself. I just want you to know that through your book, I've laughed with you, cried with you and as Dr. Phil would say, you've caused me to "Get Real."
