What vitamins and/or minerals does the persimmon have?

Thank you for the e-mail.

Persimmons are LOADED with all kinds of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. And I mean loaded. You name it . . . and persimmon probably has it. It probably has 16 or 18 amino acids not to mention to loads of vitamins and minerals.

It's a very healthful food. The carbohydrates that the persimmon contains are of course Good carbohydrates and not "man-made-carbohydrate."

I call man-made-carbohydrate things that are boxed, packaged, canned, refined, baked or processed.
