PISCES - "I BELIEVE, THEREFORE I AM."
MARS KEYWORDS: Energy, aggressiveness, action, initiative, impulsiveness, adventurous, physical energy, courage, assertiveness and rash.
Mars will be in Pisces from November 15, 2018 until December 31, 2018. Mars has been in and out of Aquarius since the day after the U.S. General election for President since November 8, 2016. Mars in Aquarius was social aggression, aggression with friends and you know the rest. It has been nothing short of crazy.
Mars is the planet of assertion and drive. Mars is aggressive, impulsive and ram-rod's its way through whatever it wants and it will do without your permission and quite comfortably I might add without a guilty bone in its planetary body. Mars is the testosterone in the chart. Mars will describe the degree of force that we go after what we want. Mars will tell us whether we are forceful and confrontational or if we prefer to sit back and watch. It will also reveal what motivates us and what desires drive us most powerfully. The house that Mars occupies in your Natal Chart is where these characteristics will manifest the most.
Mars in the sign of Pisces is not a very strong placement for Mars because Mars is the planet of drive, ambition and force. Mars will drive right over you if you are in the way. It will honk its horn if you don't press on the accelerator fast enough when the Light turns green. It is harsh, it can be crass and it is impulsive. Well folks, Pisces is a Lover, not a fighter. Pisces is NOT looking for trouble. Pisces is naturally ruled by the planet Neptune, which is the higher octave of Venus, the planet of Love, beauty and all things wonderful and kind. So having said that, this is actually a very weak placement for Mars, unless of course someone is drowning and then Mars in Pisces will kick in and rescue that person. Pisces is by nature, 'the rescuer' or 'the savior' (Savior). If I had a child with Mars in Pisces, I would make certain that kid was on the swim team. Mars is much stronger spiritually than it is physically. So spiritually speaking, this is a VERY STRONG placement for Mars.
Pisces being a very spiritual sign and always concerned about the past. In fact, Pisces lives in the past more than any other sign because they rule the 12th house of the past and karma. This is why you will ALWAYS hear a Pisces drop the 'k' word (karma). Pisces are very deep individuals because Pisces rules the deep blue Ocean. Pisces is also THE MOST intuitive sign of the zodiac. This is why I always say to behave like a "Tune-ah-Fish" when the Moon is in Pisces. Use your sonar! Pisces is also THE MOST impressionable sign of the zodiac, which is what makes them flip-flop back and forth so quickly because they really do see both sides. They are able to do that unlike others. It is a gift, not a curse. It is a strength, not a weakness. Pisces is a mutable sign, meaning it is changeable (flexible). Imagine how flexible the body of a fish is. Those who cannot flip back and forth and see both sides are likely fixed. Being fixed is awfully controlling when you think about it. There is nothing wrong with flipping when you have an eyeball on each side of your head and have a 360 degree view! It's a gift! And right now it is a gift for us all with this Mars in Pisces transit. During this Mars in Pisces transit we should all tune-in to a higher frequency and work our intuition. Use this aggressive Mars action to tune-in!
The more unattractive side of Pisces is the victim-like behavior. Cancer is the martyr and Pisces is the victim. Both Cancer and Pisces are THE MOST fearful signs of the zodiac, although Pisces has Cancer beat on this one. Both are also THE MOST intuitive signs of the zodiac, although Pisces has Cancer beat on this one as well. Even still, if that fear and that guard were let down then the intuition would be over-whelming and the intuitive flood gates would be open. Pisces is a water sign and if the flood gates opened, then a flood of opportunities would come crashing in. Haven't you ever watched the store openings on Black Friday where people are just waiting for that opportunity? The doors open and the money just rolls in for the Company and the opportunities just roll in for the consumer. This is the way intuition works. When you allow fear to hold you back, you get nothing. In the Black Friday example, if fear is present then you would not even leave your house much less drive to the sale. Doing nothing begets nothing. One day I was talking to a client who I had been pushing to investigate another part of her profession. Over the past six years I kept reminding her of this other side of her profession. One day she called and the minute she opened up to it and applied for another position, the offers came in from everywhere. She became overwhelmed with opportunity. Isn't that funny! Fear can be so paralyzing as it stagnates water. Pisces is a water sign. Open the flood gates folks! [Keep reading . . . ]
Back to the victim behavior. This is the most unattractive characteristics of Pisces energy. During this transit I would not advise you to step into 'poor me syndrome' because victimizing yourself will not win over friends and influence people. The continual talk of fear will also scare people away. In fact, more enlightened and present-thinking individuals will just 'tune' you out and swim away from you if your verbage is based on fear and/or victimization. The only way victim posture works for Mars in Pisces is when it is legitimately threatened. A halibut lays at the bottom on the Ocean and just looks like part of the Ocean floor. A rockfish looks like a rock. Neither fish starts thrashing about letting every fish in the Ocean know that it is weak and/or suffering. Are you kidding me? That's how fish get eaten by other fish. If you choose to post your victimization on social media, especially during Mars in Pisces then you are going to suffer more until you can learn to stop calling attention to your victimization. Think about it folks, when you post victim-sad-fear insecurity, then you have everyone else on board with your thinking thereby expanding your post. Remember, where two or more of you agree, it shall be so. I have a South Node in Pisces in my chart and at no time do I EVER get permission from the Universe to blab about 'poor me' and how hard my day went or if I'm suffering in any way, shape or form. I have to shut that down and shut that up reallll quick. The South Node in Pisces is the silent-sufferer and never talks about their suffering. Mars in Pisces, is also a silent-sufferer. LEARN AND SHUSH YOUR MOUTH! And a full-blown Pisces is also a silent-sufferer. Rising Sign Pisces, is a silent-sufferer. That's why you will rarely hear me complain about my Life because as a South Node Pisces I don't have permission to blab about my suffering. I can't! It breaks the rules. I can write about it later, after I have gotten through it, but not as I go through it. And if I do talk about how I swim right through the challenges. But still, even that is too much. The same goes for this Mars in Pisces transit. Why in the world would you let the world (or your enemy) know your weakness?
Again, Mars in Pisces is Lover, not a fighter and it retreats instead of confronts. This is more of a spiritual placement where you should be working that intuition of yours and being aggressive about that rather than flipping your tail and turning the other way and not receiving anything. The flood gates will not open that way. I guarantee it! Tune-in folks, tune-in and become a Tune-ah-Fish! Why do you think Pisces is ruled by Nep-Tune with a glyph that looks like a tuning fork? It's tuned in! Stay Astrologized™. Anytime on or after November 15, 2018 click your Sun Sign below and go to your Monthly Horoscope to read how it impacts your entire Sun Sign.
